In 2019, I took a leap of faith and left my life in Hong Kong to pursue my dream of a career in product design in Canada.

As a first-generation immigrant, non-native English speaker, and career switcher, I faced numerous challenges and setbacks, but I refused to give up on my aspirations.

Through determination and hard work, I have achieved success in the industry and gained invaluable experience that I want to share with others.

Since November 2021, I have been sharing my journey as a product designer online, documenting my experiences, and providing insights and advice to young professionals and newcomers who are starting out in the field.

My online community has grown rapidly, with over 60k+ followers on social media and an average monthly audience of 400k+.

I am committed to fostering a culture of support, mentorship, and inclusivity, and my goal for 2023 is to help bridge the gap between design education and the real world of product design.

In addition to sharing my experiences and knowledge, I am also passionate about career coaching and supporting others in achieving their career goals.

As someone who started out with no connections or prior experience, I understand the challenges that young professionals and newcomers face in the industry. That's why I am dedicated to providing career coaching and mentorship opportunities to those who need it, helping them to grow their careers and achieve their dreams.
